Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives in bulk as part of our ongoing expansion in the Banking Customer Service Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, assisting customers with banking-related queries, and providing high-quality service while maintaining compliance with banking policies and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services such as credit cards, accounts, and general customer queries
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding banking products, services, and processes
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Guide customers through account-related services, transactions, and service requests
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction in every interaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow all banking compliance guidelines and call quality standards
- Achieve daily productivity and customer service performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams or departments when required for issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Tele-calling / Voice Process
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Banking or Financial Services
- International or Domestic Voice Process
- Handling banking or financial customer queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Work Schedule
- 5 or 6 days working
- 9-hour shift
- Rotational week-off
