Customer support Representative (Chat)

Traahi Tapes is a growing creative video production and post-production startup working with global clients across podcasts, YouTube content, reels, commercials, real estate videos, and brand films.

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (Chat) to manage client communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout each project.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 92, Gurugram.

The office is not near a metro station, so applicants should be comfortable with daily commute arrangements before applying.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms in a clear and professional manner

Handle questions related to video editing services, orders, timelines, and revisions

Coordinate basic project details between clients and the internal team

Resolve client concerns using a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach

Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups

Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications

Experience or interest in customer support / chat-based support roles

Strong written communication skills in English

Ability to handle multiple conversations and work under pressure

Good attention to detail and time-management skills

Familiarity with chat tools, CRM systems, or online platforms is a plus

Experience in creative agencies, media companies, or service-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory

Basic understanding of digital services or video editing workflows is a plus

Salary

20,000 27,000 per month (fixed), based on experience and skill level
