ShopClues hiring for Senior Customer Care Professionals - (Day Shifts Only)

1. Good Communication Skills.
2. An Energetic and soft spoken professional with good listening ability.
3. Attending incoming calls, e-mails of customers and resolve or escalates Customer issues appropriately and correctly.
4. Identifying issues that impact customers and working out on implementing solutions that helps in satisfied cutomer base.
5. Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively.
6. Participate in business meetings and help develop programs to improve the support processes for customers.
7. Working Knowledge of any CRM tool or well versed with basics of computers.

The Key responsibility will be providing Happy Shopping Experience to all Customers of Shopclues.
