Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented executive to manage customer support, sales coordination, and order fulfilment operations. This role ensures smooth pre- and post-sales support, accurate order processing, logistics coordination, and inventory updates across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle pre- and post-sales customer queries on products, pricing, availability, returns, and replacements.
- Support sales conversions by guiding customers and following up on dropped inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment teams on stock status, orders, invoicing, labeling, and reshipments.
- Create shipping labels, invoices, and manage daily order processing (domestic & international).
- Track pickups and work with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues quickly.
- Monitor and update website inventory to maintain accurate stock visibility.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Step in to support operational tasks when required.
