*Job Description
The Customer Service Executive will provide webchat-based customer support for a UK banking process. The role focuses on assisting customers through chat interactions, addressing banking-related queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to compliance, data security, and UK banking standards.
*Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via webchat for UK banking customers
Provide accurate information related to banking services and account-related concerns
Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-centric approach during chat interactions
Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined TATs
Follow banking compliance, quality guidelines, and data protection policies
Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when required
Meet defined performance metrics such as chat quality, resolution accuracy, and CSAT
Ensure strict confidentiality and data privacy
*Skills and Competencies
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/chat tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7)
Team player with attention to detail
*Educational Qualifications
Graduate Freshers eligible
HSC candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience (on papers)
*Experience
Freshers (Graduates) welcome
Minimum 2 years of documented work experience required for HSC candidates
Prior chat or customer support experience preferred
UK banking or financial services exposure is an advantage
*Preferred Attributes
Communication Quality: B2 High / 2.85
Strong typing and grammar skills
Ability to adapt quickly to UK banking processes
Customer-focused mindset
CIBIL Score: 700 and above mandatory
All experience letters are mandatory
