We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join Bangalore Team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone for International customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Internet).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
