We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a proven track record in providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat support.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
