Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat support.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
