We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support/International BPO/Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in customer support or sales, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in the sales process by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications
