Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Intern (Hindi + English). The intern will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when necessary. Key tasks include handling customer communications, maintaining records of interactions, and collaborating with other teams to address customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Experience providing Technical Support and resolving technical queries
- Good Analytical Skills to identify customer issues and provide solutions effectively
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members
- Pursuing or holding a degree in any relevant field is a plus
