Job Title: Customer Support Intern (Cashless Operations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern/Fresher to join our Cashless team and assist in handling customer queries related to our cashless services. The ideal candidate should be smart, proactive, and a quick learner, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries related to cashless transactions and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to users through chat, email, or calls.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through the resolution process.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach while interacting with customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Final-year student or recent fresher.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling customer conversations and queries.
  • Basic understanding of digital payments or cashless systems is a plus.
  • Smart, attentive, and able to think on their feet.
