Cashless team and assist in handling customer queries related to our cashless services. The ideal candidate should be
smart, proactive, and a quick learner, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries related to cashless transactions and services.
- Provide clear and accurate information to users through chat, email, or calls.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and guide customers through the resolution process.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach while interacting with customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Graduate / Final-year student or recent fresher.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and queries.
- Basic understanding of digital payments or cashless systems is a plus.
- Smart, attentive, and able to think on their feet.
