Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Customer Support Intern, based in Jaipur. The Customer Support Intern will assist in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will include responding to customer queries via various communication channels, providing technical support, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Additionally, the intern will contribute to the improvement of support processes by analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience.
