Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Customer Support Intern, based in Jaipur. The Customer Support Intern will assist in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will include responding to customer queries via various communication channels, providing technical support, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Additionally, the intern will contribute to the improvement of support processes by analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for enhancing the overall customer experience.

Job Location - 3rd floor, D 229, Hanuman Nagar, Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur - 302021

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of Technical Support and troubleshooting processes
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, services, and policies.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department.
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system/database.
  • Assist in managing order tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending concerns and feedback.
  • Support the team in maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Prepare daily reports related to customer queries and resolutions.
