Customer support and Operations intern

Role Description

This is a full-time, paid, remote role for a Customer Support and Operations Intern. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, gathering and analyzing data for process improvements, and contributing to the optimization of operational workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with customers are key to this role.

• Strong skills in Customer Support and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
• Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting issues effectively
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and operational processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
• Experience or interest in wellness, yoga, or health-related industries is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
