Job Description :
We are hiring a UK Property Management Executive to support a UK-based property management client across residential and commercial portfolios. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, problem-solving, and working in an international process with UK stakeholders.
You will work closely with UK-based property managers, landlords, tenants, and local authorities, ensuring property compliance, maintenance coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle residential property compliance and maintenance queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
• Coordinate and track UK property compliance requirements including Gas , Safety, EICR, EPC, and related certifications
• Follow up with landlords to ensure timely completion of compliance activities
• Raise and manage work orders for compliance and maintenance where required
• Update and maintain appointment sheets, visit records, and inspection documentation
• Ensure property managers complete visit documentation and video uploads
• Work extensively on CRM systems to log, track, and close cases
• Support the UK (London-based) operations team on daily property management tasks
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, UK council officers, contractors, and internal teams
• Resolve maintenance-related complaints and discrepancies professionally and within SLA
• Build strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders
• Act as a buffer/support resource initially, gaining end-to-end exposure to UK property processes, before moving into a core operational role
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
international environment
Candidate Profile :
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a UK-shift / international process
• Experience of 1–2 years in international BPO, customer service, property
management, or back-office operations preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and learning ability
are welcome
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

• Shift: UK Shift
o Summer: Mon–Fri 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Sat 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM
o Winter: Mon–Fri 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sat 2:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview
performance)
