About the Role

Customer Support Executive HRMS

Experience: 12 Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support to clients on HRMS application
  • Resolve user queries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
  • Assist clients with system navigation and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
  • Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in HRMS domain (Customer Support / Functional Support)
  • OR MBA in HR (with relevant internship / 12 years experience preferred)

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, PMS)
  • Client handling experience
  • Problem-solving mindset
