Position: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Key Responsibilities
- Be stationed at government offices such as Nagar Nigam, Parishad, or Palika.
- Monitor data digitally through the company portal and provide relevant information as requested by government bodies.
- Address and resolve queries raised by government employees in a timely manner.
- Share accurate and timely reports with authorities and stakeholders.
- Receive complaints from government officials and immediately communicate them to field staff for resolution.
- Follow up on complaints until resolved and ensure feedback is given back to the authority.
- Act as a bridge between government bodies and the company's head office for smooth communication.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure compliance with government requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of queries, complaints, and reports submitted.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and digital portals.
- Prior experience in government liaison, operations, or customer support (preferred).
- Responsible, punctual, and professional personality
