Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Company: WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be stationed at government offices such as Nagar Nigam, Parishad, or Palika.
  • Monitor data digitally through the company portal and provide relevant information as requested by government bodies.
  • Address and resolve queries raised by government employees in a timely manner.
  • Share accurate and timely reports with authorities and stakeholders.
  • Receive complaints from government officials and immediately communicate them to field staff for resolution.
  • Follow up on complaints until resolved and ensure feedback is given back to the authority.
  • Act as a bridge between government bodies and the company's head office for smooth communication.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of queries, complaints, and reports submitted.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and digital portals.
  • Prior experience in government liaison, operations, or customer support (preferred).
  • Responsible, punctual, and professional personality
