Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering quality customer service. Freshers can apply for eligible processes, while some processes require a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving their queries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
  • Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines during customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good to excellent verbal communication skills in English and the required regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, or Gujarati, depending on the process).
  • PUC or Graduation (qualification depends on the process).
  • Freshers can apply for eligible processes; some roles require a minimum of 1 year of experience with experience letters.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-centric approach.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
