  • Minimum 1 year of BPO/Customer Service experience
  • Fluent in Hindi and English communication

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Avalon Voice Process (Hindi Mandatory). The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service through voice support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain productivity and performance metrics.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.

Round 1

HR Initial Screening

Round 2

Voice Versant Assessment (Minimum Score: 58)

Round 3

Logical Assessment 80%

Technical Assessment 80%

Round 4

Typing Test 25 WPM / 90% Accuracy

Round 5

Operations Round (Ops Interview)

Salary Benefits

  • CTC: Up to 4,00,000 LPA
  • Take Home: Approximately 28,000 per month
  • Up to 30% hike on previous CTC (based on eligibility)

Transportation

  • One-way cab facility during night shifts.
  • Free transportation for female employees between 7 PM and 7 AM.
  • Male employees can avail one-way cab service at 75 per trip.
