Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice

Location: Thane (Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 months of international voice / customer support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable working in complete night shifts

Salary:

  • Up to 35,000 in-hand (maximum)
  • Salary based on interview performance and experience

Shift Details:

  • Complete Night Shift
  • Rotational weekly offs (as per process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions

Additional Details:

  • Work From Office only
  • Immediate joiners preferred
