Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of international voice / customer support experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in complete night shifts
Salary:
- Up to 35,000 in-hand (maximum)
- Salary based on interview performance and experience
Shift Details:
- Complete Night Shift
- Rotational weekly offs (as per process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
- Provide accurate information and timely solutions
