Language Requirements

Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English along with one regional language:

• English + Hindi, or
• English + Tamil

Experience & Compensation

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Take-home salary: 17,000 20,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Any UG Graduation is mandatory
• Age: 21 to 29 years
• Two rotational week-offs
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and support processes.
