We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Process Associates in Bengaluru.

If you're a graduate with good communication skills and looking to start or grow your career in customer support, this is a great opportunity!

Role Overview

You will be handling inbound customer interactions across telecom-related processes such as Airtel Black, Broadband & Postpaid, Prepaid/DTH, Email Support, and IPRU.

Language Requirements

Strong communication skills in:

* English + Tamil

* English + Hindi

* English + Kannada

* English + Malayalam

* English + Marathi

* English + Gujarati

* English + Bengali

(Additional regional languages are a plus)

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Compensation

Take Home Salary: 17k to 20K per month

Work Details

5 Days Working

2 Rotational Week Offs

Rotational Day Shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM
