Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls, emails, and chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, service levels, and quality standards.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Please note that this role requires you to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers & experienced candidates (0-3 years) welcome.

Salary:

  • As per industry standards + shift allowance + incentives + cab
