Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for leasing, maintenance, and resident inquiries
- Answer questions related to pricing, availability, and property information
- Create and update service requests and call notes accurately
- De-escalate concerns and provide effective solutions
- Schedule property tour appointments for prospective renters
- Communicate updates between callers and property teams
- Meet quality standards for monitored calls
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Clear, neutral English communication skills
- Strong listening, reading, and writing abilities
- Ability to document concise and accurate call notes
- Willingness to use accent-neutralization tools
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift
