Key Responsibilities
* Handle learner queries via chat, email, and other digital channels
* Resolve issues related to courses, mentorship sessions, payments, and platform usage
* Provide accurate, timely, and professional support
* Follow up until issues are fully resolved
* Escalate complex problems to internal teams with proper documentation
* Maintain records of common issues and suggest process improvements
