Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice)
We are looking for dynamic, sales-oriented professionals to join our Telecom Inbound Voice process in Gurugram. This role is for individuals who excel at problem-solving while identifying opportunities to drive revenue through upselling.
Role Overview
- Process: Inbound Voice (Telecom)
- Location: Gurugram
- Salary: 3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA (Based on experience)
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (Rotational Offs)
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Required
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls from telecom subscribers regarding billing, network issues, and service requests.
- Upselling: Proactively identify customer needs during support calls and recommend relevant value-added services (VAS), plan upgrades, or new products to meet sales targets.
- Issue Resolution: Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) by troubleshooting technical or account-related problems effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Quality Standards: Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), AHT (Average Handle Time), and Sales conversion rates.
Requirements
- Education:Undergraduates with Minimum 6 months of experience / Graduate freshers in any stream.
- Experience:Minimum 6 months of experience in an Inbound Voice process (Telecom experience is a plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills for upselling.
- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately and work in rotational shifts.
