Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Banking Back-Office)
Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹3.60 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)
Process: Banking Back-Office
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Objective:
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to manage back-end banking operations and customer queries. This role is critical in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining high standards of service for our banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Handle back-office banking tasks including data entry, KYC verification, and transaction processing.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns via email or chat related to banking products and services.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to banking regulations, data privacy policies, and internal SOPs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database in real-time.
- Efficiency: Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 100% accuracy in financial data handling.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education:Mandatory Graduate (Any stream). Candidates with results awaited or backlogs will not be considered.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in BPO or Banking operations (Freshers are welcome).
- Communication: Fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and quick typing speed.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week Offs (24/7 environment).
