Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive Banking Process

Work Location: Guindy Chennai

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for a leading Banking Process to provide excellent customer support and service. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer queries, provide information about banking products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off
  • Rotational shift timing till 11 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries effectively
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers
  • Communicate fluently in English with Hindi

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (mandatory)

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation: 3 LPA
