Job Description:

We are hiring Back Office Executive (Voice Process) to handle customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills in English and Hindi and the ability to deliver quality customer service in a fast - paced BPO environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory
• Experience: Fresher/ Experience
• Languages: Hindi and English
• Typing Speed: 30WPM with 85% accuracy
• Versant Score: Minimum 4

Salary Package:

• Fresher: 23000CTC
• Experience: 26000CTC

Shifts & working Details:

• 6 days Working/1 day Rotational Off
• Timing: Between 8:00AM - 9.00PM (Any 9-hour shift)
