Hiring for Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Hindi & English)
Mode of Interview: Virtual
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: Any 9 hours of Rotational shift
Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off
About the Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
- Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation is mandatory with all the educational document
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Typing Skills: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (5-minute test)
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer support roles

Salary Package
- 22k CTC for freshers
- 26k CTC for experienced
