About the Company

Hiring for Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Hindi & English)

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: Any 9 hours of Rotational shift

Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off

About the Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
  • Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory with all the educational document
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
  • Languages: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
  • Typing Skills: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (5-minute test)

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
  • Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with 90% accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer support roles
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary Package

  • 22k CTC for freshers
  • 26k CTC for experienced
