Job Summary
We are looking for a
Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and product-support skills. Looking for immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and provide effective customer support.
- Manage customer interactions through CRM systems.
- Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring or critical issues.
- Perform basic manual testing to validate reported issues and fixes.
- Use SQL for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and analyze support-related data using Excel.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support/customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, SQL, and Excel.
- Basic understanding of manual testing and RCA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Patient, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
