Imperial Online Services Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in the trade of apparel and clothing, is looking for a Customer Service Agent for its brand Urbano that hosts primarily western wear. We are looking for qualified person with at least 4 years work experience in the field and a strong background in communication and problem solving abilities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer complaints and concerns. Problem-solving skills enable them to solve issues quickly and successfully by analysing the cause of the problem, generating possible solutions and implementing a plan to resolve the problem.
- Communicating with customers regularly on whatsapp, email, social media and phone.
- Helping the brand build and maintain relationships with its customers, ensuring customers needs are met and queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
