Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in New Delhi. The role includes assisting customers with inquiries, managing customer concerns, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for managing online support transactions and coordinating technical service-related queries to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and managing Customer Service interactions
- Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
Salary
The salary is expected to be in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 per month.
