Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Process Associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling US customers, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong customer service abilities. This role requires working the US Night Shift from our Bangalore office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide timely updates, support, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.

Required Skills:

• 0-3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, preferably in Logistics or Operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling international stakeholders is mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
