Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary:
Techsara Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling US clients, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with US-based clients
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive client experience
- Manage end-to-end case resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with US clients (calling process)
- Strong understanding of customer success and client handling
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success role
- Calling experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in a consultancy or similar industry is a plus
