  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
