Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive to join our team on-site at our Mumbai Branch. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support through various communication channels, including online support. Responsibilities will include sales and administration with respect pre and post sales activities. resolving technical issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to uphold Spirax Sarco's commitment to excellence. You will also be tasked with ensuring seamless communication between customers and our technical and sales teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize customer inquiries
  • Team collaboration skills to coordinate with technical and sales departments
  • Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly desirable
