Customer Service Executive / Chat / Blended / Non - Voice / BPO JOB

Eligibility

Age: 18-35 years

Qualification: 10th/ 12th/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma Degree

Freshers / Experienced can also apply

Key Responsibilities

Handling the customers inquiry and coordination

Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation

Improvement and quality assurance programs

Salary & Benefits:

Salary 3 LPA - 7 LPA+ variable (depends on interview)

Incentives (As per sales and other responsibilities)

Bonus (As per Business Target)

Working Hours:

Mon-Sat, 9 hrs/day, 5 days/week

Work from Office only (Bangalore Location)
