Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in NX One, Greater Noida. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with technical support, managing online queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills, knowledge of south Indian languages is a plus.
  • Experience with Online Support and Technical Support for seamless customer issue resolution
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or related software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the mindfulness or wellness industry is advantageous
