What You'll Work On

  • Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
  • Assisting with orders, returns, exchanges, and product guidance
  • Resolving complaints and issues quickly while maintaining a positive experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Collecting and reporting customer feedback to improve processes
  • Supporting the team in improving response templates and workflows

What We Expect

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages a plus)
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple queries at once while maintaining quality
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM / e-commerce platforms
  • Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure

Who You Are

  • 12 years experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce support (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Portfolio of past experience (if applicable) or examples of handling customer interactions
  • Quick thinker, solution-oriented, and loves making customers happy
  • Someone who enjoys creating processes, improving workflows, and going the extra mile
  • Obsessed with delivering smooth, thoughtful, and memorable customer experiences
