Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Executive (L1). The role is primarily remote, and immediate joiners are preferred. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing online support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will assist with resolving technical issues and contribute to a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
