This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Jaipur. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities related to assisting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving queries. This includes managing online support interactions, providing resolution for customer issues, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. The role may also involve offering some technical support for customers as needed.

• Experience with Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive client experiences
• Skills in Online Support and Customer Service to address inquiries effectively and deliver solutions promptly
• Familiarity with Technical Support to assist customers in troubleshooting basic issues
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using customer service software or tools is preferred
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
