Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Support Executive role, based on-site in Gurugram. As part of the customer support team, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and offer technical support when required. You will be responsible for maintaining prompt and effective communication, assisting customers with online support, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Online Support and resolving queries via online communication channels
• Knowledge and proficiency in providing Customer Support and troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
