Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of FAQs and other support documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
