Who This Role Is For

This role is for individuals who take **ownership of customer issues**, communicate clearly, and can work independently in a remote environment. If you are disciplined, responsive, and solution-oriented, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle learner queries via chat, email, and other digital channels

* Resolve issues related to courses, mentorship sessions, payments, and platform usage

* Provide accurate, timely, and professional support

* Follow up until issues are fully resolved

* Escalate complex problems to internal teams with proper documentation

* Maintain records of common issues and suggest process improvements

Work Setup Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Personal laptop or desktop (mandatory)**
  • 5G smartphone** for official communication and verification tasks
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection** (power backup preferred)
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional communication

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken **English communication skills**
  • Prior experience in customer support, online support, or technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, chat platforms, and support systems
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup

  • Queries resolved efficiently with minimal back-and-forth
  • High learner satisfaction and low complaint escalation
  • Reliable availability during assigned working hours
