Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive tone.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the support process.
  • Maintain company standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree any stream.
  • 1 year of customer support or related experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
