We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and providing necessary training on products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
