Job Overview :
As a Customer Support Representative (Pre-Sales), you will support clients across key sectors like real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and education by nurturing warm leads over phone calls. Your role involves uncovering customer needs, evaluating fit and readiness, and ensuring that only high-intent, well-qualified leads are handed over for further sales engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with warm leads generated by our digital marketing team through inbound and outbound calls.
- Conduct detailed conversations to assess potential customers needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Tailor scripted pitches to align with individual customer preferences and objections.
- Collaborate closely with clients sales teams to provide well-qualified leads and actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to balance quality conversations with daily workflow requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to handle 100120 calls/day in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a 6-day schedule, including weekends, with one rotational weekday off.
- Prior experience (Minimum 6 months) in telesales, telecalling, customer support, inside sales, BPO, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a strong plus.
