Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Chat Support) for night shift to handle customer queries via chat. This role requires top-notch English writing skills, quick thinking, and the ability to resolve issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat support (no/limited calls)
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate, polite, and quick resolutions
- Follow SOPs, FAQs, and templates while keeping responses natural
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed
- Maintain proper logs/notes for each conversation
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Required Skills
- Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone, punctuation)
- Fast typing and ability to handle multiple chats (as assigned)
- Strong problem-solving and patience with customers
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Docs, CRM toolstraining provided)
- Comfortable with night shift and consistent attendance
