Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Chat Support) Night Shift (5 Days/Week)

Role Type: Chat Support / Customer Queries Handling

Shift: Night Shift | 5 days a week (Rotational weekly off or fixedas per policy)

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month

Experience: Freshers welcome (strong English is mandatory)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Chat Support) for night shift to handle customer queries via chat. This role requires top-notch English writing skills, quick thinking, and the ability to resolve issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat support (no/limited calls)
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, polite, and quick resolutions
  • Follow SOPs, FAQs, and templates while keeping responses natural
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed
  • Maintain proper logs/notes for each conversation
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Required Skills

  • Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone, punctuation)
  • Fast typing and ability to handle multiple chats (as assigned)
  • Strong problem-solving and patience with customers
  • Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Docs, CRM toolstraining provided)
  • Comfortable with night shift and consistent attendance
