Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 6 months - 1 year(Freshers with relevant internship or project experience can also apply)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat and phone.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers/Clients.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Fluent in Bengali Language (Mandatory) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good typing skills and computer proficiency.
• Prior experience in customer support/chat support/Sales will be a plus.
• Willingness to work from the office and in rotational/night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
